Terry L. Silver, CPA, JD
Terry Silver is a partner in Skoda Minotti’s Tax Planning and Preparation Department. He provides business and consulting services to his clients. Terry has extensive experience in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation, with particular emphasis on flow through entities, real estate taxation, the issues facing privately held businesses as well as dealing with tax controversies with various taxing authorities.
Terry holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree from Miami University and JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. A member of the Ohio bar as well as a CPA, Terry is a member of the American Bar Association, Tax Section, and the American Institute and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a Director of the Tax Club of Cleveland. Terry is a resident of Beachwood where he is active in numerous civic, recreational, and school activities. He is currently the treasurer for the Beachwood Historical Society and is a trustee for the Beachwood Schools Foundation. He has also served on the Beachwood High School Gallery of Success Selection Committee and the Beachwood Board of Education Citizens Advisory Committee, as well as being Beachwood Boosters President and the campaign treasurer for various candidates.
