We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Bookkeeper.
The Bookkeeper will provide accounting, human resources and administrative support to the Senior Accountant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Month-end closing and journal entry input
- Account reconciliations
- Sales tax preparation
- Assist with year-end close and financial Audit
- Account analysis
- Various administrative and human resource related tasks
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- 2+ years of Accounting related experience
- Accounting or Finance related degree (Associates, BS or BA) – Knowledge of Accounting Principles and GAAP
- Ability to work independently and prioritize
- Organization and Time Management Skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Prior HR experience not required
