We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Bookkeeper.

The Bookkeeper will provide accounting, human resources and administrative support to the Senior Accountant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Month-end closing and journal entry input
  • Account reconciliations
  • Sales tax preparation
  • Assist with year-end close and financial Audit
  • Account analysis
  • Various administrative and human resource related tasks

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of Accounting related experience
  • Accounting or Finance related degree (Associates, BS or BA) – Knowledge of Accounting Principles and GAAP
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize
  • Organization and Time Management Skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Prior HR experience not required
