Featured Job Opportunity: Customer Service Specialist

Brunswick, Ohio

We are currently searching for a Customer Relations Specialist for our client.

Essential Functions

  • Process all orders in QuickBooks in an expedient manner
  • Maintain accurate customer master account information
  • Handle all complaints, credits, tracing and using excellent follow thru skills
  • Meet all department goals, objectives and standards for Account Services
  • Interacts with all warehouse, mill and transportation departments
  • Handles all traces, proof of deliveries, credits and documentation necessary to handle complaints
  • Data entry
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office environment required
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must have PC or computer knowledge
  • Microsoft office experience required
