We are currently searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team in the implementation of marketing programs and initiatives for the firm and the firm’s Strategic Marketing clients with an emphasis on digital marketing (social media, blogs, email and website).

Essential Functions:

  • Support the team on behalf of their client relationships
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for Marketing team
  • Assist with the submission of awards and any resulting PR efforts
  • Review blogs and post them to the website, as needed
  • Assist in the editing of proposals and the development of branded materials (invitations, newsletters, etc.)
  • Compile, review and send a variety of e-newsletters according to the editorial calendar
  • Support colleagues in the planning and production of events
  • Manage content entry and editing on the firm website, including posting new content such as blogs and new hire bios
  • Run website audit reports, as needed

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Integrated Communications or similar field
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading skills
  • Research skills and creative problem solving
  • Natural client service orientation and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Experience working with CRM, CMS, marketing automation and social platforms, especially Hubspot
  • Design experience (Photoshop or InDesign) is a plus
