Description: State and local tax update with a primary focus on the state of Ohio. Mary Jo will discuss some of the recent court cases in Ohio and how these cases may impact your business. Also, it has been over ten years since the Commercial Activity Tax has been enacted; we will revisit the tax to make sure your business is reporting the proper Ohio gross receipts.
