As the director of strategic marketing, Matt works with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives. By asking the right questions and utilizing data analytics, he helps them develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet their unique needs. He also heads up Skoda Minotti's lead generation initiatives. Matt is focused on reinforcing the firm's brand and growing the business through its array of communication channels.

Before joining Skoda Minotti, Matt was director of marketing at ERC, a professional services organization specializing in human resources where he managed marketing plans for its business divisions and established multi-channel media campaigns across radio, print, direct mail and digital platforms. Matt also oversaw marketing for ERChealth, a statewide health insurance program.
