Director of Strategic Marketing
As the director of strategic marketing, I work with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives. By asking the right questions and utilizing data analytics, I help them develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet their unique needs. I also head up Skoda Minotti's lead generation and content marketing initiatives. I am focused on reinforcing the firm's brand and growing the business through their various communication channels.
I’m big on relationship marketing—focusing on customer service and satisfaction. Listening to the customer, whether internal or external, is the most important first step.
I am proud to serve on the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission Associate Board, bringing together my love of sports and the city of Cleveland.
Before joining Skoda Minotti, I was director of marketing at ERC, a professional services organization specializing in human resources. I managed the marketing plans for the various business divisions, and set up multi-channel media campaigns across radio, print, direct mail and digital.
I also spent two years coaching the girls’ tennis team at North Royalton High School.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in business administration, with a focus in marketing, management and human resources from Baldwin Wallace College. I was a member of the men’s tennis team and a Resident Assistant. I was also president of the Dayton C Miller Honors Society.
