EVENT: Smart Manufacturing Workshop - An Interactive Improv Session

Would you like to learn how you can increase revenue, decrease costs and improve profitability all while improving your overall equipment effectiveness, quality, on-time delivery and much more? Please join Jonathan Shoop, CPA, partner and chair of Skoda Minotti’s Manufacturing and Distribution Group, and David Moon, Solutions Consultant for Hitachi Vantara, for a mock Smart Manufacturing Workshop.

As a member of the audience, you are a key stakeholder at our fictional company. You will participate in the workshop by identifying the manufacturing challenges we face (product quality, machine availability, safety, on-time delivery, etc.). We will also identify the technology currently in place, machines, process and KPIs.

Topics include:

  • Our team of industry experts will then interactively walk through an exercise that will identify and prioritize areas where Smart Manufacturing technology would solve the business challenges you identify.
  • We’ll answer the tough questions about Smart Manufacturing: the what, why, how, when and who all through a fun and interactive whiteboard session.
  • We’ll help you demystify Smart Manufacturing all while demonstrating return on investment and giving you concrete steps to help you start your Smart Manufacturing journey.
